DiDi emphasizes that the fare for all "She Plan" orders and the driver's income are calculated according to the platform's existing billing rules, regardless of whether it is a "She Plan" order. There is no deduction of driver's earnings or differential pricing for such orders. In addition, participation in the "She Plan" is voluntary, and female drivers can choose whether or not to participate. The management rules for drivers refusing orders are the same for all drivers on the platform.
