Mei Technology announced that Tecable Engineering Sdn. Bhd., MayAir International Sdn. Bhd., and T&U Investment Co., Limited, controlled by the controlling shareholder and actual controller Jiang Li, are the information disclosure obligors. On July 17th, Tecable Engineering Sdn. Bhd. reduced its holdings by 6,140,438 shares through inquiry and transfer, and after the equity change, the total holdings of the three parties decreased to 77,273,973 shares, accounting for 57.13% of the total share capital. This reduction is based on its own funding needs and will not result in a change in control. Whether to increase or reduce holdings in the next 12 months will depend on market and other factors.
