The Zimbabwean government has refused lithium miners' request to delay the export ban.

According to reports, Zimbabwe's Minister of Mines Winston Chitando stated that the government has rejected the industry's request to postpone the ban on lithium concentrate exports, originally scheduled to take effect in January next year, until at least March.
