Zhongyu Real Estate: intends to acquire a 25% stake in the target joint venture company for HK$2.51 billion.

Zhongyu Zhide announces that it plans to acquire a 25% equity interest in the target joint venture company for 251 million Hong Kong dollars. According to the purchase agreement, Crystal Concept will acquire 50 shares of the target joint venture company's issued shares, representing 25% of all issued shares of the target joint venture company.
