Wisdom Financial APP news, Zhaoyan Pharmaceuticals (06127) announced that due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Zhang Jialun (Ms. Zhang) has resigned from the position of joint company secretary of the company and no longer serves as the authorized representative of the company under Section 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Listing Rules), as well as the authorized representative of the company to receive legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with Article 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Hong Kong Legislation Chapter 622), effective from July 17, 2026.
