Binhai Energy announced that on July 16 and 17, the controlling shareholder Xuyang Group increased its holdings in the company by a total of 4.55 million shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 1.96% of the total share capital of the company. Following this equity change, Xuyang Group and its concerted action person, Xuyang Holdings, collectively hold 62.487978 million shares of the company, accounting for 26.96% of the total share capital of the company, with the change exceeding the multiple of 1% scale by 26%. This increase in holdings is based on recognition of the company's future development prospects.
