The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issues a final ruling on Section 337 of nano-laminated metal parts and their downstream products.

On July 16th, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that a 337 partial final ruling was made on specific nanolaminate alloy-coated metal parts and their downstream products: after a review of the final initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on April 30, 2026, it was confirmed that there was no infringement in this case, and the investigation was terminated.
