(referred to as "Ante Yutai") with its own funds and related parties such as Hengdian Limited Company and Dongyang City Zhenyutai Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The company plans to contribute 3.4578 million yuan, accounting for 34.578% of Ante Yutai's equity.
