He Xing Packaging announced on July 16th that, in order to revitalize existing assets and optimize the company's resource allocation, the company's board of directors has decided to terminate the Longyao Intelligent Environmental Protection Packaging Industrial Park project. They have also agreed to sign a "Land Acquisition Agreement" with Xingminghe County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and a "Factory Sale Contract" with Hebei Mianxiang Food Co., Ltd. After the project termination, existing client orders will be taken over by the company's production bases in Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Tianjin, and other nearby areas, and client cooperation and product delivery will not be affected.
