According to the Enterprise Check App, Beijing Xicheng Gongying Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Du Jian as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, sales of solar thermal utilization equipment, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, and sales of offshore wind power related equipment. According to the equity penetration shown on Enterprise Check, the company is jointly held by Haitai New Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary Tangshan Shengtai New Energy Co., Ltd., and Longji Luntai New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Cental International.
