Zhtng Cijng APP news, Hb Yyo-B (02142) announced that the new drug clinical trial application for the long-acting bispecific antibody HBM7575 (also known as SKB575) targeting thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and an undisclosed target has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China for the treatment of asthma. This bispecific antibody was developed in collaboration with Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Kelun-Biotech) (06990). Previously, the phase I clinical study of HBM7575/SKB575 for the treatment of atopic dermatitis has successfully completed dosing for the first subject.
