Colin Electric announced that on July 15, 2026, the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Shi Wenbo, who resigned from his position as Executive Vice President for work-related reasons. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Shi Wenbo was originally appointed until August 29, 2027, but will continue to serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee and a Director of the company after resigning. He has completed the handover work, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. As of the date of the announcement, Shi Wenbo holds 520,000 shares of the company's stock and has no outstanding public commitments.
