The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that Hua Shang Energy (00206.HK) announced that on July 15, 2026, the company (as the borrower) entered into a letter of credit (LOC) with a bank for a maximum amount of $100 million (or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars) for a term loan financing.
