Hualeiwo announced that Lai Ci Investment, a concerted actor with shareholder Lu Danmin holding more than 5% of the shares, released 980,000 shares from pledge on July 14, 2026, accounting for 44.64% of its total shareholding and 0.96% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, Lai Ci Investment no longer has any company shares pledged. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Lai Ci Investment and its concerted actor Lu Danmin collectively hold 17.1363 million shares, accounting for 16.83% of the company's total share capital, with zero remaining pledged shares.
