Guangxi Guigang issues a level three rainstorm warning.

The meteorological observatory of Guigang City, Guangxi, issued a third-level heavy rain warning at 7:00 on July 15th. Influenced by the tropical easterly system, in the past 12 hours, 39 towns in Guigang City have accumulated rainfall exceeding 50 millimeters, with 26 towns accumulating rainfall of 100-250 millimeters. It is expected that in the next 24 hours, most of Guigang City will continue to experience heavy to torrential rain, with locally heavy rain and strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms and strong winds.
