The "Gravity One" carrier rocket is scheduled to launch at sea on July 22nd.
The Securities Times reporter learned that it is expected that on July 22, the "Gravitation 1" remote-sensing carrier rocket assembled by Haiyang Oriental Aerospace Port will be launched in the eastern sea area of Shanghai, riding on the "Oriental Aerospace Port" launch ship. The "Gravitation 1" is the first carrier rocket of Oriental Space, with a near-earth orbit carrying capacity of 6.5 tons and a 500-kilometer sun-synchronous orbit carrying capacity of 4.2 tons. Its maiden flight in January 2024 set many records such as "the world's largest solid carrier rocket and China's largest civilian commercial rocket", making it the first to meet the demand for large-scale networking launch of low-earth orbit satellites. It has now officially entered the stage of normal commercial operation.
