According to the relevant provisions of the "Tianjin Flood and Drought Emergency Plan", the Tianjin Flood and Drought Control Headquarters Office, after organizing consultations and research, decided to adjust the flood control level of Jizhou District from Level 3 to Level 4 starting from 10:00 on the 14th, and to continue maintaining Level 4 flood control emergency response for areas along the Jiyun Canal in Baodi District, Ninghe District, and Binhai New District. Tianjin City requires Jizhou District, Baodi District, Ninghe District, and Binhai New District to continue to implement the relevant provisions of the Tianjin Flood and Drought Emergency Plan for Level 4 flood control emergency response, and to continue to do well in response to heavy rainfall, floods, flash floods, and geological disaster prevention and response work.
