The Federal Aviation Administration ended the investigation of the "Starship" accident and allowed 13 test flights.
The Federal Aviation Administration of the United States announced on the 13th that it has concluded its investigation into the abnormal incident during the 12th test flight of the SpaceX heavy-lift rocket "Starship", accepted the company's corrective measures, and allowed it to carry out the 13th test flight. SpaceX announced on the same day that it plans to conduct the 13th test flight of the "Starship" as early as the 16th. The "Starship" conducted its 12th test flight on May 22nd of this year. This was the first overall flight test of the new generation "Starship" system, aimed at verifying key technologies upgraded. During the test flight, the first stage "super heavy" booster of the rocket failed to complete the return-to-launch-site burn, and subsequently crashed into the Gulf of Mexico in an uncontrolled state.
