According to the QCC APP, Shanghai Qiyue Xingchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with a business scope including: artificial intelligence basic software development; artificial intelligence entrepreneurial service platform; software development; artificial intelligence general application systems, etc. The equity penetration of QCC shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Jieyue Xingchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
