The Tianyancha app shows that recently, Meili Mingtian Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Sun Dongxu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, fresh meat wholesale, and aquatic product wholesale. The shareholder information indicates that the company is jointly held by Sun Dongxu, Shi Ming, and Guo Tianquan, with Sun Dongxu owning 34% of the shares and Shi Ming and Guo Tianquan each owning 33% of the shares.
