According to "Lin Zhang Announcement", on July 12th, the joint investigation team of Linzhang County in Handan City, Hebei Province issued a situation report: On July 11th, it was reported online that there were unidentified disabled individuals working long term at a cattle farm in Linzhang County. Our county attached great importance to this issue, immediately formed a joint investigation team composed of civil affairs, public security, disabled persons' federation, human resources and local townships to conduct on-site investigation and verification. According to preliminary investigation, the disabled individual is named Xiao, who came to Qin Village in Ducunji Town, our county 3 years ago. The operator of the cattle farm, Gao, provided him with food and shelter, and arranged for him to feed the cows at the farm without reporting the situation to relevant departments. On the afternoon of the 11th, the civil affairs department arranged a comprehensive medical examination for Xiao, with no abnormalities found in the results. The public security agency found his relatives through information comparison and sent him back home. Gao has been lawfully summoned by the public security agency for further investigation. Next, our county will conduct a comprehensive investigation and rectification, improve and perfect the work mechanism, prevent such problems from happening again, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
