Typhoon "Bavi" has moved out of Zhejiang Province and was located in Ningguo City, Anhui Province at 11:00 on the 12th, with maximum wind force of level 10, continuing to move in a northwest direction and gradually weakening in intensity. Zhejiang Meteorological Bureau has adjusted the emergency alert for the typhoon to a typhoon warning. According to the Zhejiang Province Flood and Typhoon Emergency Response Plan, after research and consultation, the Zhejiang Provincial Flood Control Headquarters decided to adjust the typhoon emergency response to level II at 12:00 on July 12. The impact of the current typhoon remnant cloud system on Zhejiang Province is still ongoing, with heavy rainfall in some areas and high water levels in areas such as Wenhuang Plain and Hangjia Lake District. All local departments are urged to operate efficiently under the "1833" joint command system, and areas with heavy rainfall should fully consider the lag of geological disasters, continue to be vigilant in forecasting, warning, and risk control work; strictly ensure the safety management of relocated personnel, and do not allow them to return until it is safe.
