The Henan Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange high-temperature warning at 9:30 on July 12th: It is expected that from July 12th to 14th, most of the areas north of the Huaihe River in Henan Province will continue to experience high temperatures. The highest temperatures in Anyang, the northern part of Puyang, Hebi, the central and western parts of Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Jiyuan, Luoyang, the northern and central parts of Zhengzhou, the southern part of Kaifeng, Shangqiu, Pingdingshan, Xuchang, Luohe, Zhoukou, Nanyang, and Zhumadian will rise to above 37C, with some counties in Anyang, the southern part of Jiaozuo, Jiyuan, the northern part of Luoyang, the southern part of Pingdingshan, Zhoukou, Nanyang, and Zhumadian experiencing temperatures above 40C.
