NATO official website released the latest version of the "Industrial Cooperation Strategy" after 2022 on July 8, comprehensively enhancing the production capacity of member countries in the traditional and non-traditional defense industry sectors. The new strategy sets out three main goals: strengthening communication and cooperation with the industry, establishing a NATO industrial portal, releasing signals of defense needs, etc.; promoting innovation and interoperability, launching the "NATO Engine" network and maximizing the use of NATO Innovation Hub, NATO Defense Innovation Accelerator, and NATO Innovation Fund to adopt emerging technologies faster; strengthening, expanding, and maintaining defense production within member countries, cultivating a resilient, adaptive, and highly skilled defense industry workforce.
