According to the Economic Digest APP, on July 9th, the Hong Kong Productivity Council released the "2026 Third Quarter Standard Chartered SME Leading Business Index in Hong Kong". The comprehensive business index for this quarter recorded 44.1, a slight increase of 0.8 from the previous quarter, reflecting a slight improvement in the operating confidence of Hong Kong small and medium-sized enterprises driven by improvements in the external environment, but overall attitudes still lean towards caution.
