Mr. Chen Yifen will be replaced by Mr. Zhou Runzhang, effective from July 9, 2026. After the replacement of the company secretary, Mr. Chen Yifen will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from July 9, 2026; while Mr. Zhou Runzhang has been appointed as the authorized representative, also effective from July 9, 2026.
