Tianyuan Corporation: Nominates director Liao Zhourong to act as Chairman of the Board and legal representative

Tianyuan Corporation announced that the 31st meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors approved the motion of electing directors to perform the duties of Chairman and Legal Representative. It was agreed that Director and General Manager Liao Zhourong will perform the duties of Chairman and Legal Representative, and is authorized to sign relevant documents on behalf of the company. The duration of the proxy is from the date of approval by the board of directors to the date when a new Chairman and Legal Representative is elected.
