Northern Rare Earth: Deputy General Manager Liu Jianqiang resigns due to work adjustment.

Northern Rare Earth announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Vice General Manager Liu Jianqiang. Due to work adjustments, he will leave on July 8, earlier than the original term which was supposed to end on March 13, 2028. After leaving, Liu Jianqiang will no longer hold any position in the company, he has no unfulfilled public commitments, does not hold any company stock, has completed the handover of work, and his departure will not affect the company's normal operations.
