Changxin Technology to open new stock subscription on July 16th.

According to the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, China's storage giant Changxin Technology, which has attracted much attention from investors, disclosed its IPO prospectus and preliminary inquiry announcement for the Science and Technology Innovation Board on July 9th. The company revealed that the subscription date for offline investors and online investors is both July 16, 2026. The announcement also indicated that Changxin Technology's security code/offline subscription code is "688825" and the online subscription code is "787825". The announcement stated that the company plans to publicly issue 668,808.8608 million shares, and also grants China International Capital Corporation an option for an overallotment of up to 15.00% of the initial offering size. If the overallotment option is fully exercised, the total number of shares issued will increase to 769,130.1608 million shares.
