Wisdom Plus announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the board of directors is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a placing agreement with the exclusive placing agent before the start of trading on July 9, 2026. Under the agreement, the Company appointed the exclusive placing agent to act as its agent, to use its best efforts to facilitate at least six placing participants to subscribe for up to 19,780,000 new H shares at a placing price of HK$1,588.00 per share. The placing price for this placement is HK$1,588.00 per share. Assuming all placing shares are fully subscribed to the placing participants, the total expected fundraising amount for this placement is approximately HK$314.1064 billion; after deducting placement commissions and related estimated expenses, the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HK$313.7495 billion.
