New York gold futures fell more than 1.7%, silver futures fell 3%

On Wednesday, the closing price of spot gold in New York fell by 0.73% to $4076.31 per ounce, with intra-day trading in the range of $4134.00-$4021.92. There was a significant dive in prices after 4:00 pm Beijing time. COMEX gold futures also dropped by 1.74% to $4085.20 per ounce. Spot silver fell by 2.83% to $58.2985 per ounce and COMEX silver futures fell by 3.01% to $58.580 per ounce. COMEX copper futures fell by 0.92% to $6.1180 per pound. Spot platinum fell by 3.52% to $1584.85 per ounce and spot palladium fell by 3.84% to $1219.05 per ounce.
