The announcement from Mingchen Health states that shareholder Wu Xinling, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced 1.3565 million shares through block trading and bulk trading from June 29th to July 3rd, 2026, accounting for 0.51% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, Wu Xinling's shareholding decreased to 13.3067 million shares, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan and has not been fully implemented. It will not result in a change in the company's control, and will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations.
