Hualing Precision Engineering announced that on July 3rd, the controlling shareholder Huang Yehua plans to transfer 10.672 million shares to Huayi Huitong at a price of 18 yuan per share, accounting for 8% of the total share capital of the company, with a total transfer price of 192 million yuan. This transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. Huayi Huitong has committed not to seek control rights, not to inject related assets, not to pledge shares within 12 months, and not to reduce holdings within 18 months from the transfer of shares.
