Honghe Technology announced that its controlling shareholder/actual controller, SHARPTONE and UNICORNACE, acting in concert, reduced their holdings in the company by a total of 8,750,300 shares through block trading and bulk trading from July 2nd to July 3rd, 2026, accounting for 0.9673% of the total share capital of the company. After this equity change, the combined shareholding percentage of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action persons decreased from 81.70% to 80.73%.
