Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that the company is applying for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company plans to unify the preparation of financial statements using Chinese Enterprise Accounting Standards for this issuance and listing, which will not have a significant impact on the company's performance or financial condition. The company will no longer separately engage RSM as the auditor of overseas financial statements and will be audited by Chengcheng Accounting Firm instead. The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the above arrangement.
