Fuyao Glass, a subsidiary of China Glass (03300.HK), is selling a production capacity index of 500 tons of flat glass with a value of 75 million yuan.

Zhongtong Financial APP News, China Glass (03300.HK) announced that on July 3, 2026, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary company Lin Yi Zhong Bo indirectly held by the company and Inner Mongolia Yujing signed a transfer agreement. According to the agreement, Lin Yi Zhong Bo agreed to sell its daily production capacity of 500 tons of flat glass production capacity index to Inner Mongolia Yujing for a price of RMB 75 million.
