Country Union Fund: Appoints Wang Zhe as Vice General Manager of the Company.

Guolian Fund announced that on July 3, 2026, Wang Zhe was appointed as the deputy general manager. Wang Zhe is a graduate student with a master's degree, holding the qualification for fund practitioners. He has previously worked as a personal banking department employee at the Beijing Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and joined Guolian Fund in September 2023. The above changes have been approved by the first meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company and reported to the regulatory authorities.
