Haiguo Corporation announced that the 2025 annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2026. Based on a total share capital of 104,360,724 shares, a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders, totaling 15.65 million yuan in cash dividends. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capitalization of reserves will be made. The record date for equity is July 9th and the ex-dividend date is July 10th. The cash dividends for some shareholders will be distributed by the company itself, and after the implementation of profit distribution, corresponding adjustments will be made to the minimum holding price restrictions.
