Meinuo announced that on July 2, 2026, the company signed the "Global Industrial Base Project Investment Agreement for High-end Oral Solid Dosage Forms and Complex Injectable Drugs" with the Ningbo Ningnan New City Development and Construction Management Center. The agreement will take effect after being approved by the company's shareholders meeting on relevant investment matters. The total investment of the project is not less than 1 billion yuan, involving the No. 12 plot of Ningnan New City with a total land area of 101,800 square meters. This foreign investment still needs to be approved by the company's shareholders meeting, and the project needs to complete statutory approval procedures such as project filing, environmental impact assessment, and energy conservation review. The land use rights need to be obtained through public auction procedures, hence there is uncertainty.
