Chasing Series has made a major adjustment by contracting significantly, integrating over 200 business units into four major divisions. Some employees have reported that teams of over 100 people have been "disbanded". Although all-staff video promotion has not been halted, there are no longer any performance evaluations.

Recently, there have been reports that the various business units under the Chasing Series are significantly shrinking. More than 200 BUs will be consolidated into four main business segments, and personnel optimization will be launched simultaneously. Reports estimate that about 2400 people will be affected by layoffs. Red Star Capital contacted Chasing for verification, but as of the deadline for the article, there has been no response. However, Red Star Capital learned through interviews that there have indeed been recent personnel adjustments within the Chasing Series. One employee of the Chasing Series stated that the company initiated the first round of personnel optimization in April, with over 100 people in her business unit, and the entire team was affected by this adjustment. Another employee who was laid off in early June confirmed the above statement and mentioned that the Chasing Feishu group has not been showing specific numbers since early June.
