In the email, Zhang Ruibo stated that based on the changes happening in the industry and the organization's own development needs, we have recently reorganized and updated our cultural content, hoping to clarify how we should approach new opportunities and challenges. Zhang Ruibo said that the last time we updated the leadership principles was in 2022, and this year we have reviewed the content of the leadership principles. The new version of the leadership principles consists of 10 points, here are some of the main updates: 1. Added "doing things with a high degree" and "daring to set high goals"; 2. Listed "having a sense of crisis, maintaining an external perspective" and "deep diving into the front line" as separate items; 3. Emphasized "Context over Control".
