Zhtngcijng APP news, China Everbright Bank (06818.HK) announced that the board of directors has agreed to appoint Ms. Qi Ye as a member of the Risk Management Committee of the tenth Board of Directors, no longer serving as a member of the Social Responsibility, Inclusive Financial Development, and Consumer Rights Protection Committee; Mr. Yang Bingbing will serve as a member of the Social Responsibility, Inclusive Financial Development, and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the tenth Board of Directors, no longer serving as a member of the Risk Management Committee; Mr. Huang Zhenzhong will serve as a member of the Risk Management Committee of the tenth Board of Directors, no longer serving as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Ms. Li Yingqi will serve as a member of the Nomination Committee of the tenth Board of Directors, no longer serving as a member of the Risk Management Committee. The above committee adjustments will take effect from the date of the board's resolution.
