The Sichuan Earthquake Relief Headquarters has dispatched a working group to rush to Yibin. Currently, the second round of inspections is underway.

At 12:12 on June 29th, a 5.5 magnitude earthquake occurred in Gaocun, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, with a depth of 6 kilometers. After the earthquake, the Sichuan Provincial Seismic Command dispatched a working group to the scene to guide and carry out rescue and disposal work. According to the Yibin City Anti-Seismic and Disaster Relief Command, as of 6:00 on June 29th, 13 people were injured in the disaster, all with minor injuries, and 225 people were urgently evacuated and relocated. The local government is organizing local forces to conduct a second round of inspections. After the earthquake, the Yibin City Anti-Seismic and Disaster Relief Command activated a Level 3 emergency response to the earthquake. Relevant departments at the municipal level and counties are conducting disaster inspections and relief work.
