Recently, the "Artificial Intelligence +" action plan for the year 2026 in Suzhou has been officially issued for implementation. In terms of computing power: Suzhou will strengthen the research and planning of the "computing power network," accelerate the development of collaboration between algorithms and electricity, and by the end of 2026, the city's smart computing scale will reach 34,000 PFLOPS. In terms of data: systematically promote the construction of high-quality data sets, add 100 new ones each year, and accumulate 200 in total. Launch a public service platform for the city's high-quality data set corpus, promote the construction of the China Mobile Token operation center, establish Suzhou Ci Yuan Technology Company, deepen the innovative pilot of trustworthy data space, explore cooperation with Singapore, Germany and other places to jointly build a cross-border trustworthy data space, establish a trustworthy cross-border data space between China and Singapore, and create a benchmark for going global. In terms of algorithms: vigorously promote the construction of "intelligent communities," create an open source business card for the entire province, strive to add 15 large models to pass the filing of generative artificial intelligence services, with a total of over 30.
