Yellow River whirlwind: 8.82% of the shares held by Yellow River Group's company are temporarily frozen.

The Yellow River Tornado announced on June 28th that the total number of frozen shares held by Yellow River Group, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, is 127 million shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 8.82% of the company's total share capital. Yellow River Group is not a controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company, and this matter will not lead to a change in the company's control, nor will it have any impact on the company's daily operation and management.
