The People's Bank of China publicly released the "Interbank Certificates of Deposit Management Measures (Draft for Comment)" on June 26th. The measures are revised based on the "Interbank Certificates of Deposit Management Temporary Measures" and other documents, and include significant changes such as enriching the core reference indicators for interbank certificates of deposit pricing.
