Ten rivers across the country experienced flooding that exceeded the warning levels.

Journalists learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that, due to recent rainfall, 10 rivers in various regions such as the Beijiang River tributary Daping Water in Guangdong, the Hongshui River tributary Longtou River and Buliu River, the Yujian River tributaries Chengbi River and Tianzhou River, the Longjiang River in Guangxi, the upper reaches of the Dadu River and its tributaries Suomo River in Sichuan, the upper reaches of the Yellow River tributary Baihe River, and the Karasu River tributary of the Weiguan River in Xinjiang experienced flooding exceeding warning levels, with the largest exceeding warning level by 1.58 meters. Currently, most rivers have receded below the warning level. The Dadu River in Sichuan experienced its first flood of 2026.
