Beijing: Two emerging professions undergo the first professional title evaluation.

Yesterday, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on the conduct of the 2026 Beijing Professional Title Evaluation Work, starting the application process for the 2026 professional title throughout the city from July 7th. This year, the city will for the first time introduce the evaluation of two new emerging professional titles - Robotics and Low-altitude Technology. Robotics will be divided into four evaluation directions, including core components, algorithms and software, machine design and manufacturing, system integration and application, covering professionals in the fields of research and development, hardware, software development, and project integration. Low-altitude technology will focus on urban industrial practices, setting up four directions: low-altitude aircraft development, low-altitude aircraft manufacturing, low-altitude operation system construction, and low-altitude safety guarantee, covering key segments of the low-altitude economic industry chain.
