Cathay Pacific Airlines: Passenger load factor for January to May increased by 19% year-on-year.

According to the Cathay Pacific Group, Cathay Pacific's passenger capacity in May 2026 increased by 17% compared to the same month in 2025, and available seat kilometers increased by 10% annually. In the first five months of 2026, passenger capacity increased by 19% compared to the same period in 2025. Cathay Pacific Cargo's freight volume in May 2026 increased by 11% compared to the same month in 2025, and available cargo ton kilometers increased by 6% annually. In the first five months of 2026, freight volume increased by 8% compared to the same period last year. Hong Kong Express had over 670,000 passengers in May 2026, an increase of 5% compared to the same month in 2025, and available seat kilometers increased by 4%.
