Hong Kong stocks closed at noon, with the Hang Seng Index falling by 1.38% and the Hang Seng Tech Index falling by 1.67%. The Hang Seng Stock Connect ETF dropped by 0.82%, while the Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology ETF fell by 0.59%. In terms of sectors, the passenger aviation sector saw the largest increases, while the metal and mining, as well as water utilities sectors, saw the biggest declines. In terms of individual stocks, ChongJie Electronic Technology saw an increase of 13.62%, JiuFang Intelligent Investment Holdings rose by 12.09%, InnoSilicon Intelligence increased by 9.53%, Xian Gong Intelligence rose by 8.96%, and Haiqing Intelligent Elements rose by 8.83%. Conversely, Sun Yat Sen Optical Technology fell by 10.34%, Ctrip Group-S fell by 10.29%, Tuopu CNC dropped by 9.14%, Zhaojin Mining fell by 8.83%, and China Nonferrous Mining decreased by 8.79%.
